This is a circus or Benny Hill show not a company. My experience is: the first employee makes mistake typing in my name, second tries to fix it and in a result creates a double. Third employee behaves like all this is my fault, beeing terribly rude, then says she fixed the problem and still mistake stays in the system. In order to receive an insurance card I have to run circles around this guys and get annoyed looks every time I get there. I wonder where all the positive reviews come from.

The room is clean, the service is also ok, the location in the center is also good. My low rating, because of the service that this insurance company offers, is absolutely terrible. I don’t know how it is in other S.K. but this is a bummer, when we registered they didn’t tell us that we had to pay part for hospital services, standard dental treatment, an ambulance that was called, etc. This is upsetting and I’m already tired of the latest surprises from AOK.

Friendly staff, quick resolution of the issue, Wheelchair accessible, customer service is great, there is a free coffee machine and water available, etc.

Reduction/bonus of sports activity from 1 € to 0.5 € max 7.5 €/month is a clear regression or what do you call that? well, if you have fewer and fewer paying staff and have to insure more and more skilled workers, that won't work!!! It's just a good thing that we exist, isn't it!!!
